Today
Went swimming with pam just now. We can only swim at night because pam detest the sun. Anyhow, it was a very pleasant swim cos i havent exercise in like a million years. We were reliving our silly childhood water competition games. haha and after swimming, hungry beastly us walked to anchor point for hk cafe and ikea. I think i ate too full after exercising that my stomach felt terribly uncomfortable when i reached home. Fruitful day both physically and mentally. I must be motivated to loose those extra pounds that's making me look out of shape. So i just fulfilled 1 round of exercise today. Take it small, slow and easy. "Aza aza FIGHTING!"
